Ilana is a certified dog trainer through The International Association of Applied Behavior Consultants. Ilana is dedicated to helping dogs and cats gain confidence and a greater quality of life through learning new skills, enabling them to connect in positive ways with their people (and pet siblings!)
Ilana became passionate about training when her dog, Lailah, developed fears and reactivity around other dogs. Through reward-based training, Ilana has helped Lailah to build confidence, reduce stress and reactivity in her busy urban environment.
Ilana is an All Dogs Parkour Certified Instructor and loves to incorporate parkour skills into her private sessions as a fun way to teach focus, impulse control, leash walking, and recall. Ilana teaches Puppy Agility, Agility Skills levels 1-3, and Parkour in Central Park!
